Joe is the founder of Kenmok Group and has over 29 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is renowned for transforming neglected properties and rundown estates into trendy, well-designed spaces with classic landscapes.
Known for his unique approach to analyzing risks and rewards, Joe has a talent for seizing opportunities that often go unnoticed by others.
His dedication to nation-building, both in the private and public sectors, has earned him recognition from some of the most respected individuals and organizations.
Edgardo is an experienced Engineer in Construction building. He has joined the Company in 2014. He worked with Himach Engineering for many years before moving to Kenmok. Edgar has over 35 years of work experience in the Property and Construction Industry. In his former role as the Project Engineer, he oversaw the construction of the three-level office complex, the Koitachi Haus New Wing and the 11-unit 3 level Executive apartment Nuana Vista. He also facilitated the refurbishment of the 8 level Ombudsman Commission Haus and 3 level Electoral Commission Building.
Charlemagne is our Building & Maintenance Manager. He joined the company in 2021. He currently manages the 8 level Building the Ombudsman Commission Haus in the CBD of the National Capital District. He has over 10 years of work experience particularly in the area of Electrical and Industrial Maintenance and Engineering. He had 8 years’ experience as a Supervisor with the Robinson Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in the Philippines. Charlemagne holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
Beverly is one of the longest serving employees of Kenmok. She commenced employment in 2000 as an Accounts Clerk and worked her way up to her present role as the Property Admin & Accounts Manager. With her superb skills in Administration and Operations Management she ensures that all back-end office functions run smoothly.
Ruth is a Certified Practicing Accountant. She graduated from the University of PNG with Bachelor in Accounting. She has total work experience of almost 8 years. She used to work at Deloitte PNG as an Analyst in the Financial Audit Division and PacWealth Capital as the Accountant & Risk Officer prior to joining Kenmok in 2019. She has a wealth of experience not only in the field of accounting but has exposure to Investment Analysis, management of Administration and Human Resource.
Grace joined the company in 2021, as Administration Assistant and Accounts Officer. She also performs the role of a Real Estate Sales Officer. Grace completed an advanced Diploma in Accounting in TAFE Australia. She has exceptional organization and management skills. She is currently a final year student completing her last course under the Bachelor in Business Major in Accounting Program from the Southern Cross University, Australia.
Rose is an experienced loans officer. She has been with the company for more than 10 years. She also assists with administrative roles and Accounts especially with maintaining timesheets and assisting with payroll. Rose is well vested with analysing loan applications and debt recovery. Rose also performs the role of a Real Estate Sales Officer. Rose has a Diploma in Accounting from the University of PNG.
Hazel joined the company in 2021, as a receptionist. She completed her studies from the Badihagwa Secondary School. Hazel has about 2 years of work experience in Reception roles.
Lucy joined the company mid this year. She has graduated with a diploma in accounting at IBS certificate college. She is well experienced with vast knowledge in customer service and office administration. She worked with various companies in the past and most recently with the PNG Customs as Customs Officer before joining Kenmok Limited. She oversees customer services and administration at Nuana Vista Serviced Apartments.
Felicity joined the company early last year. She is a shop and reception assistant at the Nuana Vista Serviced Apartments overseeing customer bookings and keeping track records of stocks at the convenient shop.
Emmanuel joined Kenmok in 2020 as a Trainee supervisor. He graduated with a Bachelor in Business Major in Accounting from the Southern Cross University, Australia. He is one of our performing supervisors overseeing property management at the Oakley Haus and Electoral Commission Building. He produces quality reports and ensures that client needs are attended to effectively in a timely manner.
Moses is the company’s admin driver. He joined the company this year. He does all the administration runs. He drives various vehicles ranging from utilities, buses, and dump trucks. He has almost 5 years of driving experience.
